What are the delivery costs?
From an order value of € 50,00 standard shipping within The Netherlands and Belgium is usually free of charge. For orders below € 50,00, the following shipping costs apply per order: NL: € 3,90 / BE: € 8,50
The shipping costs are displayed before sending an order in the shopping cart based on your country. If the delivery costs are higher due to the size, weight or shipping address of an order, we will inform you before processing your order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland and other European countries/non EU countries!
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All orders are shipped with DPD Parcel Shipping on the next working day. Delivery times for standard shipments in The Netherlands is between 24 and 48 hours, in the European Union 3-4 working days, and to countries outside the European Union 5-6 working days.

How do I place an Order?
If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.
1. Click on the product that you are interested in.
2. Click “ADD TO CART” button on the right.
3. You can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents.
4. Now you can proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to place an order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@superfoodceremony.com.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need to have an account to place an order. However, having an account can save you time during checkout as it securely saves your address and payment details for future purchases.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order will be shipped, you will receive an e-mail with Track and Trace code of DPD Shipping Services.
How Can I Return a Product?
Please note that we have a 14 days return policy.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition / unopened condition if it comes to our food products. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. We only accept returns with return form attached.
Please return the package to: Super Food Ceremony, Vletstraat 21A, 3036ZH Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
All costs for returning an order are on the customer side.
