Ceremonial Cacao – Ecuador

ARRIBA NATIONAL: Our ceremonial cacaco is produced in Ecuador from the high-quality cocoa beans (BIO-certified), by the people of the Amazonian province of Napo. The plant is cultivated with care for the natural environment, in the traditional way with the Kichwa (Quichua) method by conscious farmers. This organic approach aims to preserve biodiversity and natural resources of Ecuador.

SERVINGS: A ceremonial serving is 42 grams and a meditation serving is 28 grams (can be used once/twice a week). Cocoa can be consumed daily in a dose of about 7 grams.

HOW TO PREPARE CEREMONIAL CACAO?
1. Gently warm your water or plant-based milk in a pan.
2. Add the cacao paste.
3. As it melts mix in well. You can blitz in with a hand blender for a creamier, frothier drink.
4. Serve in your favourite ceremonial cup and sweeten/spice to taste.
