Ceremonial Cacao – Sierra Leone

AMELONADO: Our ceremonial cacao is produced in Sierra Leone from the high-quality cocoa beans by small BIO-certified farms. The plant is cultivated with care for the natural environment, in the traditional way by conscious farmers. This organic approach aims to preserve biodiversity and natural resources of Sierra Leone.

SERVINGS: A ceremonial serving is 42 grams and a meditation serving is 28 grams (can be used once/twice a week). Cocoa can be consumed daily in a dose of about 7 grams.

HOW TO PREPARE CEREMONIAL CACAO?
1. Gently warm your water or plant-based milk in a pan.
2. Add the cacao paste.
3. As it melts mix in well. You can blitz in with a hand blender for a creamier, frothier drink.
4. Serve in your favourite ceremonial cup and sweeten/spice to taste.
